This Libyan Desert Glass has incredible aesthetic with natural wind-blasted matte finishes, aerodynamic sculpting that displays perfect on its own.
A collector’s piece that feels like holding liquid light. Found at Egyptian and Libyan borders and is over 29 million years old. Libyan Desert Glass formed either through wind-driven erosion or through ablation, when molten fragments were ejected into the air following an impact event. This piece has been in a private collection for over 25 years.
